Most common questions
How can I contact you?
- If you have any inquiries, you can reach us by calling us at 808-463-2092, or by sending an email to RSVP@ExperienceHawaii.com.
What should I bring on the tour?
- For most of our tours, here’s what we recommend bringing:
- Comfortable Shoes: Opt for shoes with good grip, suitable for rocky or slippery terrain, and that you don’t mind getting wet or muddy.
- Cash: Some stops along the way may not accept credit cards, so it’s handy to have cash for purchasing snacks, lunch, or items from local vendors.
- Swimwear and Towels: Bring along a swimsuit and towels to enjoy waterfalls, beaches, or other water-related activities. It’s also wise to pack a change of clothes in case you get wet or dirty.
- Sunscreen: Essential for sun protection, especially during outdoor activities.
- Personal Items: Our guides will provide snacks, hydration drinks, and a cooler with ice. We also offer bug spray, sunscreen, and phone chargers. Feel free to bring your own devices for photos, though keep in mind that cell service may be limited during the tour. Alternatively, our guides can take photos for you, and we’ll send you an album after the tour.
